Pulse bookings

I am not receiving booking notifications on Pulse, my phone  is not alerting me when a booking is made

check the full fat extranet client on a web page on a computer

top right after logged on 1st circle menu is notifications.

pulse app has similar.


but remember pulse app is not a replacement for the full fat features of the Web based Extranet.

Message or Call BdC Partner Support 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom, See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
