UNACCEPTABLE GUEST REVIEW
WE RECEIVED A GUEST REVIEW OF 1/10 FROM A GUEST THAT WAS RECENTLY HERE AND I DO NOT WANT TO RESPOND TO HIS CRITICAL REVIEW BECAUSE IT IS TOO WEIRD AND I DO NOT WANT TO GO THERE - WE HAVE AN AVERAGE REVIEW SCORE OF 9.4 AND AS YOU CAN EASILY SEE WE GO WAY OUT OF OUR WAY TO ACCOMMODATE PEOPLE THAT STAY HERE
THIS YOUNG MAN KNEW THE CHECK IN TIME AND HE REQUESTED A VERBAL EXTENSION TO WHICH I AGREED - HE AS TO BE HERE BY 10:30 LATEST AND THEY HE CALLS AND SAYS HE WAS GOING TO GET FOOD AND WOULD BE HERE AT 10:45 - I ACCEPTED BUT HE DID NOT SHOW TILL 11:20 AND i WAS NOT MY USUAL PLEASANT HOST AS I HAD ANOTHER GUEST IN THE SAME ROOM SLEEPING, THAT BY THE WAY GAVE US A 10 RATING - SAME PLACE AND ROOM.
MR RACHID ALSO STATED WE DID HOT HAVE A HOSTEL SIGN AND THIS IS BECAUSE WE ARE A SECONDARY SUITE HOSTEL STYLE, AS ADVERTISED.
PLEASE REMOVE HIS RATING ASAP. THESE ARE DIFFICULT TIMES BUT WE HAVE HAD OUR BEST MONTH EVER IN SEPTEMBER AND A GOOD OCTOBER. WE REGARD BOOKING AS AN ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT QUALITY PARTNER

You can always submit to have a review removed via Extranet; our team will look at the content and determine whether it should be removed if it is vulgar, lists an employees name negatively, or violates any other standards. Typically, every hotel will get a negative review here and there- so do not dismay too much. Most guests that read reviews will read several comments and if warranted, deem this one a "one off" if the others are great, which you are indicating and based on your score.
