Virtual Cards

I have at least two reservations that say they are prepaid but the is no virtual card information on booking.com. How can I verify that they have prepaid and the card on file is the same as the virtual card?

hmm so if you are using BdC Online Payments, then usually the VCC issued by BdC is partially visble on the detail page per reservation.

With  CCV code hidden until day 2 of the stay or earlier i think if the cancelation process is triggered by Guest

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
