Wrong changing of a booking

today a guest asked us to check out today so we told him to contact you guys. 

We confirmed the change. 

The employee changed the dates in the system but there is the room price for the night from today open. 

The guest paid the first night.

Could you please cancel the costs from the night (06.1.2022?
