The problem has been resolved few days after. I have called the booking support team, I spent a few minutes to find their number though. They have been very helpful. You should do the same.
I don't clearly remember if they asked me, but I believe you need to be at least the manager to get in touch with them. They have been very helpful and helped me with other stuff too. Give it a try, find your local support team.

I believe you need to do a search on the web (internet) to find the your local support tel. number, I did the same.
