Upcoming Proud Hospitality sessions

These online training sessions by the founders of HospitableMe are available in 11 languages. They're interactive, but you don’t need a webcam or microphone to participate.

In the session, get familiar with key topics

Familiarize

Introducing diversity, inclusion, sexual orientation, and gender identity – and what they mean for hospitality.

Embrace

Understanding LGBTQ+ travelers and their concerns, as well as best practices for engaging with the community.

Accomplish

Providing frameworks to consider the opportunities and challenges in improving the experiences of LGBTQ+ travelers.

Becoming Proud Certified

Once you complete the training, we’ll ask you to make a declaration to commit to putting what you learn into practice. This includes identifying ways to make your property more inclusive. Then, you’ll get access to our Travel Proud Customer Toolkit. It includes a workbook with additional info and exercises for you to run with your team, as well as promotional materials that you can print or use digitally.

That’s it! You’ll be Proud Certified – in the future, we’ll recognize your efforts by showcasing your Proud Certified property on Booking.com.
