Yes had same very stressful and no help from bookings. I couldn’t obtain the CVV . Was told cause they were to pay at my property. Now I’ve gone with VCC which haven’t used yet. Also after six mths you seem to qualify for all the credit card details
I had that problem. Could add payout details but not direct debit . They don’t have my bank listed. You go to mail and send message on right hand side contacts .

When you fill out the form there is a drop down list check your bank is there
Same with my verification code, no my mobile won’t except you have to press the option can’t receive they give you a code number which( you ring bookings.com they give you a code and THEN you’re in. Unbelievable and stressful
Unfortunately I didn’t find any staff helpful. After much stress and frustration had to let it go. I don’t understand why I couldn’t receive the CVV even though they were to pay at my property, is this why I couldn’t obtain this information. It says one could ask once for CVV. Being new to bookings.com was all difficult. If bookings checked their credit card then they were suppose to charge them. Anyone else have had this problem .
I had that problem spent ages and lots of stress talking to sales people. Only ans I received was that I chose for them to pay at my property. Did you ask bookings for the CVV code. It says you can ask once. But alas I had to give it all up. If you have success please write it here for others . So now I opt for vitural credit card where they give you all the details. Haven5 used it yet
