I agree - here we are two years later, and they have not fixed this issue yet. The guest failed to click "pet" and therefore failed to be charged the $170 non-refundable pet fee. I am left to figure out how to get those fees without jumping through hoops.
They are the worst!!!! I mean the worst! - They have too much business and not enough real people to help with customer service! It is awful!
