This situation involving fraudulent bookings continues! When it’s reported to booking.com, they tell you that the customer has 24 hours to respond, meanwhile the inventory is being held and it usually turns out to be a no show! This is a serious loss of revenue!! Why can’t something be done about this. No other OTA has this issue! What is going on? It seems like booking.com may be responsible for generating these bookings??? Who else could stand to benefit? Is these are not reported booking.com will charge the commission! Their volume must be worth millions in falsely charged commissions. I’m very skeptical and considering pulling away from booking.com all together!!!
