Hi, I will summarize Karin's question that is also my own. In May I've been receiving 'ghost bookings' from Chinese guests that never materialize. Their phone numbers and addresses are fake and they do not respond to our messages. The automatic response we have received from Booking is to change our payment terms and require a credit card, which has not worked since we can only do this for future guests and are not willing to do so at the moment. Could any of you help us? Does anyone know how to get help from Booking??
