I did not see the post on the extranet, does this mean that they can process the payment and EFT to me afterwards? Please provide a copy of the message..
I have a similar problem,
I have purchased a YOCO card reader, so that guests can pay me with credit card on arrival, however this does not allow me to take payment in advance.
No guest wants to EFT to a private bank account in advance so this option does not work.
Booking.com payment process is very poor in south africa.
I have used a paypal service to accept credit card payment from a guest overseas before. This worked for me, but has its paypal charges.
