In that case, cancel your wish to cancel the booking. Tell BDC you made an error and are fully capable of accommodating the guests.
Then tell the guest THEY must cancel with BDC directly, DO NOT do this yourself as it will incur high costs to you.
...as long as your listing on BDC does not state cleaning or its frequency i.e. implies included in booking price.

When a guest does not arrive at your property you must ALWAYS use the "No show" button on the right hand side of their booking on extranet.
Then you can select whether to "waive fees" or not.

BDC operate on an automatic book and confirm basis, as stated in your contract.
Therefore, no you cannot personally approve bookings before confirmation.
Your only control in this regard is of rates and inventory, plus cancelling bookings that do not pay or provide invalid payment details.
