Well the simplest solution is to import Airbnb calendar into Booking.com calendar or the other way around for each of your properties and sync them.
I agree. We should be able to replay to reviews without a comment as well. It gives us the chance to thank the customer or ask for an explanation. I had one of those but fortunately for me was a high score, which meant the customer was happy with his stay and felt no commentary was needed.I thank him via SMS instead.
Thank you for your replay.You got some good points there but I must say that our competitors have similar or higher prices and there is no slowdown in demand, quite the opposite for the tourist season has just begun in Rome.

Thank you for advice about ‘interconnected rooms’. Since this so-called overbooking I have stopped advertising the apartment and left just the individual rooms.
They did not invoice me the commission for the canceled booking, they invoiced me the price difference for the new property where the guest relocated.
