My reason to withdraw is due to the amount of bookings then short notice cancellations because no non refundable deposit is not required - This is South Africa this is how people operate here. You tell me how to change the the set up so should people book a non refundable 50% is payed upfront.
Eventual extra costs resulting from this relocation may be invoiced to your property. We will waive the commission for this reservation in appreciation of our partnership.

Now Bookings.com say the following:
