I sent my request to be removed on the extranet after a brief phone call and it has take about four weeks, but now it has been done.
Thanks Laura,Our problem is getting the correct papers for the house to apply for the first tourist license. Very complicated and totally unnecessary, especially as there is a push for more tourism in the interior. Our Mayor is also very understanding and doesn’t want us to close, but his hands are tied.
Send a msg through the inbox on your extranet site and it will be removed and the cancellation team will contact you to finalise it.
I’m in the same situation and I have called to asked to be removed from and close my account. This is in process and I also have to follow up in writing, which I have via ‘inbow’
We have now changed to no longer being pet friendly as we had a 20kg weight limit, and people were arriving with 70 and 80 kg monsters. We also had a man get very abusive to my wife when she ask how big his THREE dogs were !!! After we changed our pet policy we had several cancellations within a day or two and people then calling us to ask why we were no longer pet friendly, these people had not requested a pet friendly booking. Also we had a couple book and say they had two labs, when in-fact they were crossed with Newfoundland dogs and were enormous. Far to big to be in any of our rooms.
