Dear @Rent Ap,
Please log in to your extranet account, go to "Inbox", select "Booking.com Messages" -> "Compose a new message", choose the topic “Invoices and Commission ” with the subtopic “Commission”, write your message and send it to us.
If there is no "compose new message" directly in your "Inbox" tab, then click on See Contact Options -> select a relevant topic eg. Account -> select a relevant subtopic eg. Other -> then click see all contact options -> Message -> write your message.

In order to set your property live and bookable on the website, first we need to complete checks and verify the property location. I kindly advise you to read this post which covers everything related to property location verification.

Do you have any length of stay booking restrictions in your extranet account? This might be the reason for your property to appear as sold out in the search when you are looking for specific days.
