How can they enforce you to pay?
I had the same. Synchronization didn't work. I even didn't get a message about booking - another fault (I don't have it spam too).

Sounds good - the only problem is they must read emails. And many of them do not read.
Yes, they don't read. Sometimes they don't answer e-mails, telephone calls as well.Bit of waiting for the keys to the property (at least couple of hours) teach them to read and answer e-mails.
First of all I think we shouls set up separate, independent forum (group on Social Media?), where we could share their details (even in private messages - on main forum just for example "Mr. John S. from Sussesx").Troublemakers would become "persona non grata" for all of us, forever.
