Hi! I have the same issue, it is horrible to have guests appearing out of the blue during the night in 2, 3 hours and the property unprepared. It is a difficult job and a lot of work to get rid of last minute booking, you have to click on each day of your calendar in the restrictions page on extranet and if you want to get read of this for one year it means 360 clicks on each day setting 1 Day notice.
I need an advise from you. I had a couple who made a last minute booking and in two hours during the night I had to let them in with no cleaning and the property not being as it should be for guests. The fault in my oppinion belongs to the complicated and time consumíng way of operating with the restrictions on booking extranet. The property is in Spain and it is practically impossible to have a cleaning service in two hours during the night. I was sure that I put in the availability for booking one day notice prior to the booking. I am sure I shall have desastruous comments and really t is only due to the platform. How shouldI handle this situation? Thank you.
