Hi Anjana - thanks for posting in the partner community. In order to update your property type, please visit the Extranet, select Inbox, and then Booking.com Messages. On the right side, you will see 'compose a new message.' Select this, and then select Property Details as the topic, and then Other as the subtopic. From here, someone on our content team will verify the change on your behalf. Hope this makes sense!

Hello! Thanks for the post on the partner community. To easily dispute a commission amount, we have a process listed below.

 

What to do if you have a valid commission question

After a guest checks out, you have up to 48 hours to modify the reservation on the Extranet. If you miss this 48-hour deadline, you can dispute the commission on a reservation by following the steps below.

Note: This feature is only for exceptional circumstances. You're expected to modify bookings within 48 hours of check-out under the Reservations tab. If a dispute is rejected, you can't submit another one for the same reservation.

  1. Log in to the Extranet and click the Finance tab.
  2. Select Reservation Statements.
  3. Under the Dispute column, check the box for the reservation(s) you want to dispute, and a blue Dispute X reservation(s) button will appear.
  4. Click the blue Dispute X reservation(s) button and enter the actual amount of revenue received, then select a reason for the dispute and write an explanation.
  5. Click the Send message button. You'll get an update on the status of the request in your Inbox in the next 48 business hours.

Check whether your dispute is approved, rejected, or in review by hovering over the check box in the Dispute commission column.

Hi Tokeryds - thanks for the post on the partner community. There are a couple ways to update your rate plan policies to restrict same day reservations, I would recommend you visit the Extranet, then Rate Plans under the Rates & Availability tab. From here, you select your rate plans (click on the rate plan), and then select edit. Then select bookable, and you can set the appropriate number of days before check in. I hope this helps! Managing restrictions using the list view calendar

If you’re using the list view calendar, here’s how to apply and edit restrictions to your rooms and rates:

  1. Log in to the Extranet 
  2. Click Calendar under Rates & Availability 
  3. Click Restrictions, then select the conditions you want to set 
  4. Drag the blue highlighted section across boxes to set, edit, or remove restrictions for multiple dates
  5. You can also click Bulk edit to change restrictions for multiple dates
  6. Click Save when you’re done

Hi Emily - to add new rates plans to your listing with Booking.com, you can follow the below link to step by step instructions.  There a bit of detail around types of rate plans and things to consider, but the short summary I've provided below.

  1. Log in to the Extranet
  2. Click Rates & Availability and select Rate plans
  3. Click Add new rate plan
  4. Choose the type of rate plan you want to add, then click Add rate plan
  5. On the next page, set up the details of your rate plan, then click Review
  6. Click Activate rate plan

When you login to the extranet and visit the Property tab, and select Policies, and then select Guest Payment Options - you can update your settings here.
