Hi Anjana - thanks for posting in the partner community. In order to update your property type, please visit the Extranet, select Inbox, and then Booking.com Messages. On the right side, you will see 'compose a new message.' Select this, and then select Property Details as the topic, and then Other as the subtopic. From here, someone on our content team will verify the change on your behalf. Hope this makes sense!

What to do if you have a valid commission question
After a guest checks out, you have up to 48 hours to modify the reservation on the Extranet. If you miss this 48-hour deadline, you can dispute the commission on a reservation by following the steps below.
Note: This feature is only for exceptional circumstances. You're expected to modify bookings within 48 hours of check-out under the Reservations tab. If a dispute is rejected, you can't submit another one for the same reservation.
Check whether your dispute is approved, rejected, or in review by hovering over the check box in the Dispute commission column.

Hi Tokeryds - thanks for the post on the partner community. There are a couple ways to update your rate plan policies to restrict same day reservations, I would recommend you visit the Extranet, then Rate Plans under the Rates & Availability tab. From here, you select your rate plans (click on the rate plan), and then select edit. Then select bookable, and you can set the appropriate number of days before check in. I hope this helps! When you login to the extranet and visit the Property tab, and select Policies, and then select Guest Payment Options - you can update your settings here.
