If you have selected no show fee waived, then you will not receive any amount nor will the guest be charged. If you'd like to require your guests to prepay, you will have to create a non refundable rate plan and apply it for all dates so your guests have to pay at time of booking and will not receive a refund whether they arrive or not.

You should be able to see what the bill is for on the reservation statement for the current month to determine if this is incorrect charges from previous month(s). Take a look there first, and then you can send a message to Finance if there is still a lingering question regarding the bank draft you had.

Here are some Extranet tips on VCCs. I will recommend NOT authorizing the virtual card; you need to charge it for room and taxes/fees only- it will often decline on authorization depending on your property management system.
