Why do Booking.com take so long to cancel a reservation after mailing them? Some time it is days? This should be a dedicated section that come back to one the same day if not an hour or two later. LOST revenue to say the least. I have taken it on myself and open the room or rooms now and will see what happens?
I think in the whole Booking.com site this is the one thing they have to get right? Shocking replies and service?
Do you have payments by BDC activated? I can not find this any where on my settings?
Pibomarco thanks for the advise but I have point of sale system ( computer and software, touch screen, printers and scanners), banks don't sell or hand out pos systems. I need to know how to link/interface between my point of sale system and Booking.com.
