What are your policies? If they are that if a guest NO SHOWS then they will be charged the full amount so you keep all the money, if you only charge the first night then you must refund the remaining balance back to the virtual card
Because you are not accepting any type of cards you must take payment from the guest on arrival.failure to do so leaves you open to guest leaving your property without making payment to you.
Jean ask Booking.com to send a staff member to your property that's how they verified me
Hi Jean have to spoken with your local trading standards??
This was reported in the press recently
"Booking.com is cracking down on hotel ‘resort fees,’ which are rarely included in the advertised room rate"
looks like Booking.com are going in for the kill or as ABBA would say
Money Money Money its a rich mans world
Sorry never had to use one but if you are still accepting bookings paid up front you should ask booking.com for guaranteed confirmation when you will be paid and that you are considering asking future guest for payment in cash on arrival and that they should then take it up with booking.com for a refund they have already paid them.
Have you spoken with your local trading standards? are you still accepting BDC bookings in the same way where the guest pays BDC up front.
You write a letter of intention to ad a reasonable amount of interest for late payment. Are you still accepting BDC guest who have also paid BDC up front?
