Personally, I'm using Nuevah. It syncs with most channels and the integration is really smooth, no issues really so i'm very happy with it. (www.nuevah.com). Hope it helps. Good luck!
It really depends on your country, but for sure you should promote your hotel in all of the expedia sites, the good thing is that you can create 1 account in either of them (hotels.com, expedia.com, orbitz, ebookers, hotwire etc), also Agoda, hostelworld are good.

There is no option in booking to avoid these problems! I recommend you to use a chnnel manager to solve this issue. I've been using Nuevah and it's perfect! It really does all the work, I don't even have to worry about overbookings like i used to ;) Hope it helps! http://www.nuevah.com/
Hi! I had the same problems sycronizig calendars of my listings, and I ended up using Nuevah, it's a PMS and channel manager, it also has a mobile version so that comes in handy. I like it more than other ones that i tested because it's super intuitive and I added my apartments on more channels now (it syncs with the main ones like booking, airbnb, expedia, agoda, but also other ones). We are using Nuevah (www.nuevahospitality.com), we have 10 apartments soon to have 13 with different IDs and are very happy using the system. Very good value for money, we especially like the mobile app that they have!
