I just wanted to double check that you have submitted the request via the extranet inbox. 

Meanwhile, so you don't receive unwanted reservations I would remove the availability so the property i not available.

 

Just to make sure to share the link with the correct process to remove the property from Booking.com.

For security reasons, the best route on this case, is to call our customer service where you can provider your property id, and they will be able to guide you on the best scenario.

The main reason to have a location verification letter delivered to the address you informed us of is to make sure the address exists and it is legit.

 

In case of an error or mistype address, I would suggest re-registering the property again, with the correct address so the letter can be delivered.

For legal reasons, can you please submit this request via your property inbox so the local office can work on your request?
