Invoice paíd apeare unpaid

I have a problem with cancellations and no-shows, how do I receive the money for those cancellations? I don't see the option to get that money back.

They ask me to my channel manager. I don't want one and I don't have one... What can I do ?

we have made a discount for effective payment and when we want to modify the rate it does not save the changes. How can we do the rate modification?
