They shouldn’t be so picky. If they say that it is not available in your country yet, I would say no one has it yet there are a faw people with the option. If only you know how were they picked, maybe you could satisfy the needed conditions.

You log in through Paypal.com to your account and send an invoice to the guest's email address. B.com and PayPal are not connected. When you chose the preferred payment option, it just gives the guest a heads up on what to expect when you ask them to make the prepayment.
Very interesting. I did not know that, but as reviews on Google are not verified and you only need an account to post them, I suppose it will be very easy to get a lot of reviews (just ask friends to give you 5 stars and leave a short comment).
