Hi irinistudios,
You can definitely target bookers from other countries by offering a specific Country Rate. You can choose to offer any discount amount of 5% or above. We’ll only display this discount amount to people using our platform in the countries or regions you want to target. For example if you set up a Germany Country Rate, only guests booking from a German IP address will be able to see this discount.
Here’s how to set up Country Rates for your property

Hi Aftab Choudhary,
If you haven't already, I would highly recommend you to check our your Opportunity Centre under the Opportunities tab in the Extranet. It acts as a Focus Finder for your property and can provide suggestions in areas you may be able to improve in by comparing your bookings versus the market. For example, if your page views are declining you might want to look at visibility boosting programs such as the Preferred Partner program.
It breaks down opportunities into a range of categories such as improving conversion, page views, cancellations etc. so you can find a solution that will match your need. Take a look and let us know how you go!
Kind regards,
Shirley E.
Hi Stuart Williamson,
If you are unable to find the link in your email, you can also download the digital kit through the link below. Enter your property ID in the prompted space and hit 'Search'.

Hi Manina Christodoulou,
You may wish to reach out to the guest to understand if they are aware of the local laws and regulations regarding travel during COVID. Or they may be traveling for essential purposes so good to clarify this too.
Kind regards,
Shirley
Hi Adriana Benitez,
Most likely you'd be able to update any financial details under the Finance tab > Financial overview. If you need to update bank details, you can do so under the Bank Details tab.

Hi SAYİT RECEPOGLU,
Whilst we cannot create demand to the area, you could have a look at your listing to make sure you are effectively capturing this demand. Guests are looking for flexible policies due to COVID so have a look to see if your policy is flexible enough.
Also, what is your current rate strategy? If you have reduced your rates directly in the channel manager already, why don't you instead use programs that give you better tagging and marketing for this like our Genius program or Mobile Rates. You could bring your rates up in line with the market and use these programs to discount more effectively.
Kind regards,
Shirley E.
Hi Seawinds Apartments,
If the units are listed under the one listing, you just need to delete the other 2 units from the listing. Navigate to the Property tab > Room/Property details > Delete room/apartment.
Please make sure you don't have any active reservations in these units or that you can accommodate them in the remaining unit (if you have active reservations the system won't allow you to delete them). In this case, you can close out the availability for these two units until you have accommodated all reservations then you will be able to delete them.
Kind regards,
Shirley E.
Hi Sissel Holtaas,
You can edit this under the Property tab > Room details. There, simply change the room type to be Holiday House and you can specify the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. You will also need to reach out to your local partner support so we can also internally change the property type to ensure you have the correct tagging.
Kind regards,
Shirley E.
