Bandara, that looks very delicious! Those are very nice offers you have for your guests.
Oh and I’m not sure if the travelers are aware of the tourist tax applied here in Portugal, it would have to be collected upon arrival. I am not sure if this information is provided by BDC so maybe I should mention it in the welcome not?
M Adamopoulou, thank you again for your advice. Although the reservation is only for April, i am very excited to Host them!!I was wondering if I shouldn’t send them a thank you for booking message and what I can include in said message?
I have read in the forum about this but can not find this message any longer as for I am still trying to get used to navigating around the admin page.
If you can direct me to the page I’d appreciate it.
Happy hosting everyone!
My very first guest says they left me a review but was not within the 14 day timeframe. Will this review ever become available on my listing?
I don’t seem to have a problem with the site itself and agree that the Pulse app is easy to use, my concern is not getting the inquiries I was hoping for and have yet to make any reservations through booking.
Any suggestions on what I might doing wrong, or what I can do to help my listing along?
Hey everyone, I am also new to booking.com and listed a property at the end of last year. I am reading in the comments about a code for address verification and am not sure what this is? I have not received an email with any code, does this mean my property is not available for renting?
Judemadamba, Yes, you’re online, welcome!
Where are you from?
In the middle of an Oak forest! Sounds incredible! There is something about being outdoors amidst nature that is so attractive, such beauty.
My family and I visited Cognac during a festival one year. It took place in the center of town. We first enjoyed a walking tour through some of the beautiful vineyards and later that evening, sipped some sinfully delicious cognac while listening to live jazz music at said festival. We had a memorable time and would definitely enjoy visiting again.
As for the process, i understand it is a slow one, but there is something about hosting, greeting your guests, sharing some hotspots or sights to see around town, just overall making there stay a pleasant experience, just as I have had in the places we have visited and with the hosts who received us.
I sincerely thank you for the encouragement and
yes, I certainly plan to hang in there while any tips or advice are definitely and greatly appreciated since this is my first time hosting.
