They owe me 7 nights since March 13. They are now telling me, after many phone calls and messages on the extranet that they are having technical difficultly.
Don't give them your money!
thank you but am I way beyond that now. They are supposedly investigating why the payment has not been sent. Frustrating.
I too have been awaiting payment since the middle of March. A seven night stay (a big deal for me). I have requested that all fees and commissions be waived due to the horrendous delay. No one is responding to me either.
Apparently the finance dept is short staffed so they are not taking phone calls.
