we jus literally rushed to get ready for xmas place took off now shut no income not a rich man no way of paying the bills, banned me from joining hotels.com as they own that n i have only been 8 days. but reading these i think we are going to have to shut down they seem to have the monopoly so wrong, i was told they just ring your hotel you answer n thats it, but the day before a got told not to ring no more as it will work against me. if it goes over the 10 days i will be seeking advice and the worst thing is they email you saying dear partner what an insult.

I have just tried to sign up fir hotels.com and been refused so I googled it and they both belong to Expedia so not only shut our hotel, they are stopping us from going to others. My uncle is a barrister this needs looking at deeper al pass info on to him good look hope u survive

Like a person said let us trade while they check after all every one whose been seemed to verify it ok. N niwvi find thec10 day rule is rubbish we have no income now whatsoever dusgusting
this is happening to us now so we may as well move we opened had great reviews and they just shut us out the blue. its been 8 days, no help what so ever wve lost all our bookings has cancellations as people are assuming we have done some thing wrong. losing all bookings for xmas as people would be booking now, its just desimated the whole business we are gutted, done our best scores of 9.9 ratings to be ruin by a poor business partner, looking at hotels.com as i type, and the lies sick of phoning to find people still waiting after 6 weeks.
