Per il cambio di gestione, la struttura che decide di passare il testimone dovra' inviarci un messaggio tramite l'Exranet indicandoci:
- Nome/ Cognome della vecchia gestione e posizione ricoperta attualmente.
- Nome/ Cognome della nuova gestione e posizione ricoperta nel futuro.
- Numero di telefono
- Indirizzo email
- Data di inizio per il cabio gestione.
Nel caso in cui ci fossero prenotazioni future ed eventuali fatture da adempire, la vecchia struttura dovra' ache informarci se la nuova gestione intende mantenere le prenotazioni in essere e adempire con le corrispetive fatture.

Here is some information for future reference. Since the system doesn't allow to cancel the reservation on your own you will need to contact our customer support in order to assist you. Also please note that the finance department cannot assist with the cancellation but only if you have been charged a commission for cancelled reservations.

Your property might be closed due to various reasons:
- your calendar is missing something in the availabilty ( rooms to sell/ rooms open/ price..)
- you might have an outstading invoice
- you need to have your property verified.
If you can't figure the reason we invite you to send a request throught your extraent.
