In the Property > Policies > Guest Requirements > Edit > "Do you want guests to enter their home address when booking" question DOESN'T work fully as the Town information is not reported to me when I get a booking. Also see Guest Information, there is a question there that asks "Can guests book without providing address details?" but as I said before, NO, NONE, NADA city information is relayed to me when a booking comes in.
Booking.com isn't chasing after someone to pay or the get the correct information so I request it up front or no booking is accepted.
This is what I receive from Booking.com.
No State or true country. I say TRUE country as I've had it list a country based on the zip code, but if the zip code is entered in wrong then it's not usable. I NEED the other info listed on a previous posting to exclude the riff raff and give me the info I need to run my place.
I don't know if it's changed, but in the past I would receive C/C's without a 3 digit code. I've learned to demand a code and then I pre-autherize it before I accept it or it'll be rejected IF it didn't come in the original booking.
Some lessons have been hard learned.

New to the linking idea. What is needed and how much does it cost to do this linking. I use booking.com, Expedia.com, Hotel Bonanza and Webervations right now and want to add Airbnb.
PS I use a photo of my B&B as you can't even tell it's me in a close up photo.
What I do is push their emailed reservations to my phone so I have their contact info handy, but with foreign visitors it's been very difficult to get in contact with them. I've found the sooner I get in touch with a guest the better chance I get a response. In 11 years of running our B&B we've had only one guest sitting on the bench waiting for us to arrive.
Booking.com is very insensitive to the little guys that don't have a front desk manned 24/7. As best as I can tell they don't make ANY provision to ask the guests specific questions at the time of booking. In fact they prefer to ask as few questions as possible as not to make the person booking feel like they are getting the third degree integration and possibly not book through them.
Here what I need to know from every guest.
I've had pretty good results the faster I get this email sent to them as they are still in the booking mind set.
Some guests leave the room a mess, while other clean up the room and make the bed before they leave even though I have to strip the bed after they leave. And then some guests strip the beds before they leave. I always make sure the mattress pads are as clean as the sheets without a speck dirt or stains on them. You never know who is going to be looking at them. That is the same reason to wear clean underwear with no stains... You never know who is going to be looking at them.
I also have had a guest ask where the clean linens are so she could make the bed for me. I politely declined her offer.
Brooke the icon level images are still not displaying correctly. I have 2 posts and 7 comments with no icon level image being displayed, while Maree Ann Smith has just 2 comments and she has her leaf already.
Somewhere the images should be visible with a description of their meaning. Or you could make them using universally known icons such as a leaf, seedling, small tree and a massive great oak tree. Everyone would get the meaning of those right away. I have no idea which one of the two middle level images are above the other.
There are only two sexes, not other. So it offends me that everyone has to be so politically correct that the survey makers have to add that to the survey.
Why can't I choose not to answer any question I don't "feel" like answering, like age? Does that negate all the other answers I did answer because I choose not to answer that one question? The program wouldn't allow me to continue so I had to stop and they never got to record my other answers, their lose.
If you don't answer all the questions you can't get to the point you mentioned.
Kyla, I can't help you with this question, but can over all. Go back in and edit your title from "Assistance Please" to something like " Setup question about postal or psychical address"
Most everyone is asking questions, how does your title draw anyone in to read it?
I would think you should be contacting Booking.com directly as it's their website. If your in the U.S. you can call (888) 850 3958 at their general # and 212 548-3599 for their tech support.
Just my 2 cents worth.
