I am a matured guy that have been traveling and love nature and being in peaceful atmosphere.My partner and I had this fantastic idea to open a guesthouse to offer the best value for money.I am social and always lookfforward to make new friends.
It is incredible idea, always to surprise guests.The unexpected is a value that surprise guest in a positve way.I have welcome them with a mojito or a margarita or sometimes beers.These drinks are really appreciate, considered the idea in Santa Marta, Colombia is very hot.We do once in a while and it reflect in a psotive review.
Yes, when we do the surprise, it is free of charge.When they requested, of course we charge it.

One experience and that happen to me in Airbnb when the guest took the whole house and prentended to do a party there, bringing all kind of people.We were scared.We told him not to do that.He started to complaint on purpose about the bathroom, the beds, etc, the situation escalted to the point he was very aggressive because he could not do the event in the house.

Genius program has worked for us, when is low season is really a help, when is hign season and you forget to disable is a pain because you want to get your profit as it should be.Booking is more proactive than the other apps., offer more discounts.The discounts at least maintain the flow of guests to your hotel to cover your expenses.
