Thank you for your prompt reply. When I entered the extranet, it brought me to 4 categories of property listing and I cannot find any inbox. Been searching online to find the inbox, get the 4 digit code in order to get a return call. I really need to call the customer service to clarify something before any booking and I'm not looking to post adverts for listing accommodation. Btw, the 'See contact options' doesn't work. Please advise.

The call requires a Property ID, which I can't find it in my account detail. Could you please advise how I can call as a customer?
