I've tried calling them using the numbers on the link you provided above. Impossible to get hold of a live person, it's an answering machine explaining what to do for each case. I've sent a message so hope they will reply to that. Apparently there is a technical issue and bank transfers to some property owners have not been sent :-(
I have the same message and have not received my last payment. I've sent a message to booking through my mailbox asking for a solution this morning, no reply yet. I wasn't sure if this issue concerned just my property but now I see you have the same issue.
I hope they get this sorted rapidly, I'm in big difficulty if they don't pay out
I've just received a message in the app to say due to a technical issue my bank transfer did not go through for my property and that they will be in touch as soon as they fix the problem... I hope this will be sorted over the next few days but when I read the messages about some of you are waiting since last July!
Joining the group as I am disgusted as well and really fed up with the increases over the past few weeks!
High commission rates to start - then fees introduced when they take payment directly from customers - now commission on cleaning fees! Not to mention when you accept the Genius program and get a booking with a customer who gets 15% reduction. Calculate what's left at the end when you finish paying your overheads and then the tax man!

I'm seriously considering leaving and trying another way of renting - maybe setting up my own site and investing with Google to get good ranking!
