thanks for you fast reply - as i expected its a lose lose situation. I hope someday booking will introduce a rating system for guest, maybe that will help - but i think for booking its no interest.
All our guests so far have been realy great guests and it was a pleasure to host them, hope the next guests arriving this evening are also that way and don´t get too much disturbed by those rude young men..

I don´t think booking will change anything here, they earn a lot with us but are not willed to make our lives more esay with allowing a sync with other platforms.. for us it seems as they are interested in limiting sync between other competors like airbnb etc. and force you just to work with booking and this is not acceptable.
First step could be to discontinue to work with booking as they don´t show any will to solve this problem since years!

Too late, we already offered the guest free cancellation. As it was not possible to communicate with the guest (didn´t answer any mails) we have be afraid to get a bad review if we force him to stay. I hope we find a new guest .. :)
So if there is a "no show" or a guest wants to cancel i will get 100% or am i missunterszanding?
Where can i check my full cancellation policy??

Anyway we accepted that free cancellation..
I didn´t have a no-show so far and hopefully won´t get one soon but I think in case of a no-show i charge 100% yes and as booking collects my money i don´t see any problems here.. won´t you charge a guest if he doesn´t show up?
