I've received a payment today, from whom I don't know. The amount relates to nothing I know of either and from a company I don't recognise. Do you know if it will say Booking.com against the payment when you receive it?
I've not changed my back details in 40 years and it's strange Booking.com manage to take commission direct debits from my account, but can't seem to find my account to pay the money I'm owed. i have received a payment today with an amount I don't recognise and from a company I don't recognise. From whom will the payment be made when I receive it.
I have a very similar issue. They say they have sent payments in June, but I have received nothing. I've only been with Booking.com a few months, but I've spent over 12hrs on the phone to them in that short time trying to sort the issue. You can't speak to finance directly, but they tell me it's been made a priority to get finance to call me. I'm still waiting for that call and currently owed over £3,000, whilst I'm overdrawn at the bank..
I've found thing so easy with Airbnb and a human is on the phone within a minute of calling, I just wanted to extend my range for bookings. It's looking at the moment like I'll be sticking to Airbnb. Thanks for your honesty. John
