Yay!! I’ve received the award again this year but I was expecting a letter like they did for the past years from the president and CEO Glenn Fogel but I don’t see it in the kit.
If the link in the email does not work that is because it is a scam. The actual official email has not yet been sent out. Didem the Community Manager is going to put the link on the community page sometime in the next few hours. She said 24th January but I'm guessing from where she is there is a time difference as in India it's already 24th January 3 PM right now but i see no link.
Thanks I was wondering too when it was going to be announced. Can’t wait for it. Jan 24th is today. Waiting patiently. There used to have the countdown of the days left but I don’t see it anymore.
This can't be a solution come on. I mean what Just accept the booking and if no one shows up then wait till the date changes and mark it as a no show. This is rediculous as sometimes we small properties don't have a reception or a front desk. We are checking in the guests ourselves and if we know nothing about a booking how can we go ahead with our plans for the day. We can't keep sitting around just waiting for the guest to arrive which on many occasions they don't show up. I don't want to be on Agoda its as simple as that if i wanted to be on agoda I would have registered on agoda.
So last year the award had different stickers and stuff with your property name that you could display and also download. It also consisted of an officially signed letter by the CEO thanking us for our efforts and dedication in giving great customer service.
The criteria is that as of 1st December 2022 your guest review score should have been anywhere between 8 and 10 and you should have a minimum of 3 reviews.
