If you only have 1 property I would suggest you set yourself up a excel spreadsheet and record bookings, income, costs, etc in it. Really simple to do and then you know it is right.
If you search in help for 'monthly' you will find this. I think it is fairly new as lots of businesses need to change. Don't forget to change your minimum stay if you aren't doing daily.
You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with this. Are you closed or have you not got everything set up correctly?
To check your setup Open Rates & Availability, Calendar - use List view. Dates should be in Green if available. If not look at if Open/Closed, rooms available, Rates set. You can use a Bulk edit to update if needed.
