Firstly check all your settings in extranet.
1) Are all your rates correct for all dates?
2) Are you on the "Genius" discount programme? (min. 10 % off your normal price)
3) Check "promotions", anything active there?
4) Assuming all is correct, do you have cheaper prices anywhere else? If yes, Booking has found and matched them. In this case the price will normally be flagged in the customer listings, "Booking Basics" I think it's called.
First off this is a forum of fellow hosts, we cannot help you with a specific booking, you will need to contact BDC for that. In your message area of extranet there should also be telephone contact numbers.
Are you new to BDC? If so you may be inside your "qualifying" period to gain access to card details. Apparently we are adult enough to be advertised and charged commission but too childish to be trusted with card payments when we first register!
Hopefully the guest will actually arrive for check in and you can charge them then.
As you have no record the problem is not yours, just make sure you message BDC to tell them customer X is trying to track their booking but you have no record. The booker must contact Booking.com and Revolut directly, there is nothing more you can do.
Q) Would like to know if it is possible to have rooms including breakfast and other not.
A) Set up the rooms accordingly, some can include breakfast as an option, others can be available only with breakfast and others only as room-only. It's the rates section that does it, set ip accordingly. (currently ours are set so that the booker may choose either way for any of our rooms)
Give the room type a name = "Hungry rooms!" set the rate with-breakfast.
Give another room type name = "Fasting rooms!" set the rate as room-only.

I'm assuming the theory was making an already abundantly clear form even clearer, aka why use 10 words when 100 will do, aka it ain't broke so let's fix(sic) it.
How about fixing what is broke and leave the stable stuff alone?
Every other agent we deal with uses a format that if you print the first page only you will have all the pertinent information, with less important bloat appearing on subsequent pages that are not needed in printed form.
That makes BDC the worst performer for paper usage in the industry. Then you ask us to be green, sorry BDC, we are way ahead of you.
Let's have a format with the basic booking information on one page, as detailed above or at least drop this silly new format and return to the previous.

You will need to repeatedly ask for changes until the wording is acceptable. It is created by an algorithm that selects web-happy words and phrases that it thinks will maximise your search results.
Unfortunately the results are often way off base as you've seen. Just be patient and insistant, it's a process.
