Could you please confirm that you have loaded rates and availability in your extranet account for the other type of room as well? If you need help with that, please take a look at this post.
Please also make sure you have set up the other type of room the same way as the one which is already live and you do have have any restrictions that block the room to show up.

In this situation when the guest did not arrive at your property, you need to report the booking as a no-show in your extranet account. Please note that you can do this up to 48 hours after the planned check-out date. This will prevent you from being charged commission and the system will automatically reopen your property for new bookings.
