I don't understand why you have to respond calmly and courteously to negative reviews, which then, according to your standards, send us to the last place on booking com, as a view on the portal.
You tell us that we must always be kind, even with people who have behaved badly or have not read all the characteristics of the b & b.
I do not find it right that for a negative review my b & b should have a low vision and a low score, this always according to your legislation ... it is a contradiction, we must answer well, but then if the guest's opinion is negative we find ourselves in the 500th place on booking .... there is something that is not working well .....
