Good morning 

We listed an apartment for the first time today. We didn't know it was going to be directly posted until we noticed people started booking. We've made changes to the past days' minimums and discount percentages based on people. In the meantime, we replied to customers' messages but we didn't know how to proceed. Today we had set the minimum reservation of seven days but I see that you hadn't saved and we received another reservation. I need your help
