We have a 36 room motel in Canada on beautiful Vancouver Island in the small town of Chemainus BC, we have had the motel for 3 years and are still learning every day. We really prefer booking.com over the other booking agency's as they seem to be better handling issues as well as acting as a partner with guest matters. We love looking thru partner central as its all to often we have an issue and its answer is already in the forum rather than calling in.
Hi Kidim, we are getting bookings from this address as well and each booking we have received, we have run card details and every single one is call card company/declined, it seems to us that these people are booking for stays over 1 week taking up our inventory and simply not showing up. In my opinion I think this is intentional and have asked booking.com to please look into Agoda as we have never had good luck with guests booking on Agoda thru booking.com. I just thought maybe if anyone else is also having these kinda issues please write a comment with your experience. Thanks:)
