I would recommend you calling customer service in order to discuss your specific property and what discounts you are referring to.
In order to contact us, you can compose a message via the extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there then click on See Contact Options > select a relevant topic eg. Account > select a relevant subtopic eg. Other > then click see all contact options > Message > write your message.
Alternatively, feel free to contact our 24/7 partner support team on one of the numbers that is listed in your Extranet.
