Personally i like that the owners post one of there personal photo, it gives us (as the hosts) a first idea of the way in wich we can be received...
Photos of the rooms or the house are always attractive but it's not always the case for the owners...

Ou la la....TripAdvisor...the worst ....how to trust a company who propose you to pute very nice, but falses comments ....How can you imagine that your neighbour, or your competitor or an anonymous person can write a comment without ever stay or visit your place !..ha ha ha..

personally i doent like at all AirBnB business's methods. The clientele is not of quality, it is like the compagy.
When we travel with my husband, each tie i rent by AirBnB, the rentals are mediocre.
I started to rent 8 years ago with them, it was good work, but over the years this compagny has be deteriorated by their methods.
Besides, we ( hosts) will have a lot of problems in the future because of their working methods....
Most of AirBnB customers are looking only for a cheap bed and they didn't care about the place that they stay or about what you can offer them to discover your country!
Please do not compare AirBnB and Booking.com, and it good that Booking.com doesn't have the same commercial approach.

My motto is : My hosts come to us as a customers, but always leaves as our friends.
Every moments spend with them should be done very carefully. Our customers need to feel that they are loved and that we are very happy to share our place with them. And this must be real.....!
The emotional rating as to be above the financial rating. And that is most of the people are looking for today.
The success of a professional come from the fact that he like what he does, and therefore the result is repended.
