Fact: iCal can not be responsive instantly therefore can not be a reliable tool even if implemented correctly.
And I've just pointed out the double standards about your concern giving acces to your valuable data (in this case you shared publicly your personal information with a full name) as a poor excuse why not use CM.
And you received a valid advices, but you rather felt attacked and turned on your defensive mode. Again iCal even when functioning properly the syncing is not responsive fast enough (unlike CM that syncs almost instantly). You said you didn't have issues with double bookings. Well at least not yet. iCal syncing can be delayed even up to 6 hours or more if not done manually.
I am not sure, but I think this reward is not sent to all Booking.com partners. Probably there are some limitations as to who are eligable.. Probably also it depends from which country you are from.

You can contact your guest through extranet under guest reservation details.
The host issue is that the guest gave a score 9 although he received all 10's in categories.
Well it can go both ways which is the good side of the system where you can also receive a 10 while lower scores in categories.

You better try finding properties in the area via google, Booking.com or other OTA's.

I would add also Beds24 as a recommended CM. I switched from Cloudbeds to Beds24 with a much better monthly rate for same service.
