Hi Nicola..........its Michael from The P:innacle Apartments in Queensland Australia....Dont worry about it too much....I have been asking this question about the non smilely face for almost 4 years and still no positive answer...many times guests put "we didnt want to leave/sad to go/would have loved to stay BUT it goes down as unhappy !!!!!!! BDC should delete this face as it serves ABSOLUTELY NO purpose....if people want to complain then fill in the review. Then there is the other review number ..ie the bed the pool the gym whatever ?we have had numbers for the swimming pool of 8.5 ( that swimming pool cost over $250,000 and is heated to 25 degrees all year round with Spa/seats and still a negative review ...What to do !! We have had the last four years a Review Score of 10 on the Pinnacle every time !!! but we still get guests who "winch" about nothing just like our friend Silvia who got 2.5 for FREE coffee .UNBELIEVABLE !!
Just keep smiling and do the best you can and although BDC acts a "little" strange sometimes, they are still a huge Accommodation website for us All.....................Take care and good luck., Maybe BDC will delete this waste of time smiley face one day in the Future. Well said. x x We in Aussie have a small problem in Victoria with Covid but hopefully that will pass and off we go again .It is Winter at the moment BUT local Guests are flooding in, we are FUL FULL.....Fantatsic news...............Michael.

Hi Sergei.....Thanks for the response and I agree. Some Guests are not attentive enough to not fill it in BUT then WHY do we have it ??? if it does NOTHING/Does not effect the review score then WHY does BDC not just DELETE this unsmiling Weird face , it just creates " an awful" feeling of negativity for the Hosts, especially during this terrible terrible Pandemic time...Many thanks Michael The Pinnacle.
