please note that you are posting in a bdc partner forum used for sharing tips, advice! This is not customer support and they are not responding to finance queries here. Instead you need to get onto bdc directly via telephone or email. Also i suggest you remove your contact number whilst you are it as it could be subject to phishing/scam attacks!
Also remember this is a bdc partner forum and you will not get customer support responding directly and they are normally only here only for moderation.
hello! This is the booking.com partner channel for sharing tips, advise etc! I am not sure you will find the answer to your query here. I am aware some countries offer this service via booking.com and if you do not have a property registered with booking.com i would suggest contact them directly via this link here https://partner.booking.com/en-gb/help/support-contact/where-you-can-reach-us
Hello and welcome to the booking.com partner forum.
As far as I know you cannot do this on the bdc extranet and it would be interesting to see what the owner forum say.
One way to maybe play around is to increase the rate for a single night booking and apply discounts for more than one day booking! but i guess it is messy.

Have you tried asking customer support (finance) from the intranet?

This is not a customer portal so best you take up your issue with either the bank, the hostel which overcharged you or booking.com customer support.
