Beware of the free booze offering - we had a gentleman staying who was a licensing officer, attending Court the next day. He advised that a gift of alcohol to a paying guest on an unlicensed premises is a sale of alcohol. He was perfectly okay but serious about the warning. Check the profession first is my best advice.

The Bed, The Breakfast, Privacy, Friendliness and Cleanliness given all these are top notch, guests are prepared to overlook anything else.
We have handed everything over to Booking.Com, they take money and pay us during the following month, there is no haggling with guests. Cancellation is refundable only if Booking.Com have requested us to confirm that it is okay.
No Hassle at all, no embarrassment with asking for money, guests and hosts both happy. Recommend it.
This is all so interesting, we wait until there is a boxed set to watch - or a great netflix film and tell the teenagers that they can watch so long as the ironing is done.
